Todo el personal es muy amable y atento. Por 5€ ofrecen un desayuno excelente y muy completo. Hay agua caliente y calrfaccion las 24h y wifi gratis. El barrio es tranquilo, con sitios p comer, farmacia, supermercado y metro muy cerca

Es un hotel en una buena zona de Paris. Tiene muy cerca la estación de metro de Louise Michel por lo que no tienes ningún problema para llegar y un supermercado baratito a la vuelta de la esquina , así como un McDonal´s ( y mas cosas de tipo de comida rápida y para llevar) . La limpieza, la habitación y el servicio de todo el personal es fantástico muy amables y con una sonrisa siempre puesta a todo el mundo :). Hablan español e inglés por lo que no hay ningún problema. La habitación es pequeñita pero ideal para una pareja muy limpia y cuidada, así como el baño, las sabanas, toallas etc .. . Un dato que me parece curioso destacar es que el baño tiene secador! jaja no me lo esperaba. El hotel junto con la cuidad con todo lo que que ver han hecho que haya pasado un finde increible :)

Sí buscas lujos, no los encuentras aquí, pero es perfecto para alojarse en buenas condiciones. Además puedes desayunar muy bien por 5 euros.

The hostel is clean and a supermarket is not far from it. It is difficult for me to give more compliments, however. We are very unlucky as we have met the guy twice at the reception. He seems very impolite. When we went back to the hostel in the afternoon, he asked us to use PIN code to open the door even if he was sitting at the reception and can open the door for us. There is a computer in the hostel can be rented to surf the internet. When we used it we found the mouse doesn't work. So we asked him to help us with the mouse. He answered in a very impolite way -- I know nothing! There were some other unhappy things which I don't want to list them all. Before we checked out, we complained him to the manager. To our surprise, the manager explained it as the cultural difference. In fact we have been living in western countries for some years already. I have also been to some different countries and many different cities because of business. I have never met this kind of service. To this manager's opinion, this hostel seems only proper for the French people. — zeng (2006-07-20) We had a fine time at Hotel Boissiere. It was clean and the staff were fairly friendly. The breakfast they offer (five euros per person) is excellent — definitely spring for it. The rooms are spacious enough. It is far from the city center, but the Metro is easy to use. One of the comments below mentions that they do not have fire alarms, but we saw them in the hallways and they have clear evacuation instructions posted in the rooms. We would stay again if we ever come back to Paris. — Anonymous (2005-10-06) DO NOT STAY here! Be warned. This hotel is very unsafe for luggage as well as travelers.
The first thing that struck me about the Boissier was that it smelled like smoke. People smoke in the rooms of this hotel, which is fine. But the entire building is made of wood and there is no sprinkler system. My room was on the sixth floor and I'm telling you, had the building caught fire in any way, I would have been toast. There is only one main staircase and it is very, very thin. It would not have been able to facilitate a quick evacuation. You will die if you jump form a six-story window. There was plastic covering the floors in the hallway, a fire hazard as well, and who knows why it was there.
The room I stayed in had a door that would not lock. When I asked the guy downstairs to fix it he told me they usually didn't have a problem. When I insisted he come and fix it, he made a huge deal about it. When I expressed that I felt unsafe in the room, he told me that I had psychological problem. No joke. As a lone female traveler, I insist on security while travelling. This is not a "psychological" problem; it's a survival tactic. And as a paying customer (this place is not the cheapest you can go) I expect a shred of respect (even when I'm in Paris).
If you do stay here make sure you get a room on the bottom floor and that the doors lock. It is far from the center of town and far enough away from the Metro. Oh, and be sure not to complain if you have a problem because, you know, it's probably in your head.
