• FROM THE SARAJEVO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
• To get from the Sarajevo International Airport (SJJ) to the city centre where our Yellow House is located, you will travel 11 km. You can take a taxi since there is no direct public transport from the airport to the city centre. The price of the taxi service is a maximum of 15 Euros, one way. If you are looking for a cheaper transfer, contact us by email. House is located near the National Theatre and next to the Hotel Residence Inn by Marriott.
• FROM THE SARAJEVO RAILWAY STATION AND BUS STATION
• To get to our Yellow House from the Railway or the Bus station you can take the tramway no 1. The tramway station is located in front of the Railway/Bus station. The price of the ticket is 0. 80 Euro for one person. The distance from the Sarajevo Railway and Bus station to the House is only 3 km, and it takes approximately 15 minutes to get there. You should get off on the tram stop named Post Office – Glavna pošta, which is the fourth station from the Railway/Bus station. Then you cross the Bridge called Čobanija which is located in front of the station on the right side and go over the bridge 50 meters from the tram stop and on the second intersection in front of a mosque turn left and walk for approximately 50 meters where on your right side you will see the House. You can also take a taxi from the Railway/Bus station which will cost you 5 Euros. House is located next to the Hotel Residence Inn by Marriott.
• *When taking a taxi from the Central Bus Station and Train Station, do not pay more than 5 EURO or 10KM in local currency, per cab, one-way to the House. The taxi driver may try to charge you more, but do not accept this! If they try to charge you more, please call the police (122).
• FROM THE BUS STATION East Sarajevo (Istočno Sarajevo, Republic of Srpska
• )
• This is the bus station where most of the buses from Montenegro and Serbia arrive, and it is approximately 12 km away from Yellow House. You can take a taxi for the price of 10 Euros, or you can walk 300 meters to the DOBRINJA quarter - to get to the trolleybus station and buy a ticket for 0, 80 Euros per person. With the trolleybus you will ride until the stop named Čobanija and when you exit the trolleybus just continue in the same direction to walk 50 meters and on your right you will see the House. House is located next to the Hotel Residence Inn by Marriott.
• When using public transport you must by a ticket from the kiosk next to the tram stop, or from the driver. You must validate your ticket once you're onboard using the validating machine inside the tram. If you fail to do this you'll be fined 25KM. Your ticket is only valid for one single journey, not multiple journeys.
