the North Star backpackers guesthouse is located conveniently on a residential area,north of bogota closer to the santa barbara shopping and all its sorroundings filled with restaurants and nightlife(the zona rosa is 30 mins away on a bus),also located next to the universidad del bosque
there are 2 beds and 1 bunkbeds in a shared room,theres Wi Fi,telephone for local calls and one bathroom with hot water,as the room is very essential the price is low and aimed at budget travellers charging only 9 dollars a night a very good option especially for travellers on a budget and looking for a more residential and quieter neighborhood

• If you are using the Transmilenio system on the North highway get off on the 142nd street station. Walk East for about 10 minutes until you reach 142nd street. 11 - 86
• If you are using public transportation from 9th Ave. or NQS North, get off at 142nd Street and walk 2 blocks West and arrive at 11-86 142nd Street.
• If you are using public transportation from 7th Ave., its the same way at 9th Ave. Get off at 142nd Street and walk West. Once you cross the rail road tracks you will be at 9th Ave. Walk 2 blocks West and arrive at 11-86 142nd Street.
• If you are arriving at the International Airport 'El Dorado' please let us know and we will make the arrangements to pick you up at 15 dollar cost.
