• By Bus: If you have arrived on the overnight bus from Bangkok or Suratthani, the bus normally terminates at the coach depot in Phuket Town (This is the commercial hub of the island & not an ideal place to stay). Just hail a taxi which will cost you less than $10 and take around 15 minutes.
• By Air: The airport is located at the very north of the island whilst most the resort towns are in the south. It costs about $20 to get to the south and takes 40 - 50 minutes. There is government registered taxis located 20 meters to the left once you exit the arrivals terminal.
• By Taxi: This is a safe and budget way to travel on the island. Make sure the driver starts the meter when you get in.
• Directions for driver: Club Phuket is located within the grounds of “Chalong Beach Resort & Spa.... To get their travel to Chalong. From the Circle take the Rawai - Chalong Road. The resort is 200 metres past Tesco Lotus on the Beach side. Look for the big blue sign 'Chalong Beach Resort & Spa'
