• - From Airport:
• Please e-mail the hostel to arrange an airport pickup for you at nominal cost.
• Hire a RELIABLE post-paid taxi at the booth at the airport exit gate (Uber, Ola Cabs or the yellow and black post paid taxi ONLY!!! - Or be prepared to be scammed). It should cost INR 650-700 (depending on the route and taxi operator) to Ballard estate fort near Cafe universal.
• Take a rickshaw (tuk-tuk) to andheri train station.. which should cost rs 70 or 100 and then take a train to CST VT train station which is 500 metes walking distance form the hostel. Its very safe and easy to walk .
• -From Bandra Terminus Railway Station:
• Exit and hire a taxi from the pre paid counter side of the station. It should cost approximately INR 500 or rs 600 but uber give us more cheaper rates
• Fort Ballard estate where we are located
• -From Mumbai central Railway Station:
• Exit and hire a pre paid taxi from the booth at the the exit of train station. It should cost approximately INR 150 by meter to Fort Ballard estate where we are located
• -Some help with last mile directions!
• The most prominent landmark near the hostel is Sher -e- Punjab restaurant 4 th left near a big Cafe Universal is where we are located. approximately 200 meters ahead till you see a big Cafe universal on the main road. Just enter the lane and u will see a big sign board f Travellers inn and we shall be waiting for you.

• Also, we would like to take this opportunity to warn you against some of the scams you need to be aware of in Mumbai.
• Taxi drivers may try to tell you that the hostel is closed or the roads to the hostel are closed and you can not even walk up to the hostel. This is not true. The hostel is open and all the roads to the hostel are operational. They may even pretend to dial the number to the hostel and make you talk to somebody who will tell you they are from the front desk of the hostel and that your booking is cancelled. This is NOT TRUE. We would recommend that you dial the number on your own and talk to the manager on duty on your own. We have a 24*7 reception and our mangers will be able to guide you to the hostel.
• The reason for the scam is to take travelers to expensive hotels from where the taxi drivers can make extra money on commissions. Travelers are often sold expensive packages to Agra,Delhi and Jaipur as part of the scam.
• Please note that the hostel is fully functional and all the roads leading up to the hostel are open. If you are facing such a situation, please get in touch with us directly and we will guide you to the hostel.
