Hamilton Guesthouse is a small, family owned and run backpackers' hostel. We are located in the William Pring House, a limestone mansion built in 1855, and part of Hamilton's rich built heritage. Hamilton is located at the head of Lake Ontario, approximately half way between Toronto and Niagara Falls, Ontario.
We have three private rooms and one dormitory. All of our bathrooms (we have 3) are shared, as is our large common room and kitchen. We also have outdoor seating for the warmer months - and smokers may smoke outside, as the interior is strictly smoke-free. We have several bikes which guests may use free of charge, as well as a barbecue and picnic table.
Our private rooms each have a double bed. On our second floor is Henrietta's room, our deluxe private, which is a large and bright room with a desk and seating area. Downstairs, we have two smaller rooms ideal for students, which contain a desk besides the bed; the Faust room and the Potter room.
Our dormitory sleeps up to three people, in comfortable twin beds, in a large and airy room. In all rooms, linens are provided free of charge, as well as pillows, towels and extra blankets if necessary.
