• 1. Public Bus
• Direct buses to Uvita depart several times per day from San Jose, Jaco, Quepos, San Isidro del General and Panama at Paso Canoas. From anywhere else, first go to one of the above 'gateway cities'. In Uvita get off at the bus stop across the street from the BCR (Bank of Costa Rica) and take a taxi or follow the map below. Contact us for the current bus schedules.
• 2. Shuttle
• There are daily shuttle departures from San Jose to Cascada Verde Eco Lodge for $35 per person. Contact us for arrangements.
• 3. Taxi
• A taxi from the center of Uvita to our hotel costs around $4 but if you are coming to stay with us for 2 nights or more we can arrange it for you for free!
• 4. Car
• We are located by the Pacific coast highway number 34. If you are coming from the North make a left just before the BCR (Bank of Costa Rica) and if you are coming from the South make a right just after and follow the map available on our website http://www.cascadaverde.org/index.php/getting-here
• 5. Air
• There is no airport in Uvita. The closest one is in Quepos, 64 km further North. Sansa and Nature Air fly there. Then you can take a bus, taxi or rent a car.
