Description

Malnbaden Campground is beautifully situated on the coast of picturesque province of Hälsingland and next to charming sea town, Hudiksvall or "Happy Hudik" as we also call it.

In downtown you can enjoy of the wide selection of boutiques, cafés, restaurants, pubs as well as many beautiful things to see and experience.

Our campground lies just a couple of minutes walk from the shore where a long, sandy beach stretches out in both directions.

Our campsite is a member of Swedish SCR and fullfills the requirements of three star level aand our Hostel is affiliate of Hostelling International (HI-hostel).

Our Hi-hostel can offer our guests smaller but cozy double rooms as well as four-bed rooms.
Each of our double rooms have two free-standing beds as well as four-bed rooms.

In the hostel you also find two nice kitchens where you can cook, eat and store your meals.
There is also a lounge with TV and batherooms in the hall. In the area you can also enjoy for a sauna or have a barbeque.

• Here are the directions to Malnbaden:
• Hudiksvall Södra (South), exit E4 Södra /Riksvägen 84. Drive towards downtown (centrum). Take a right at the roundabout and follow the railroad which you will see on your right. At the red fishermen’s boat houses, the road will divide and you will keep to the right. Drive over the railroad after ca 100 metres. You will now have the harbour on your right side and continue straight ahead. You will eventually come to an intersection with a petrol station on the right side. Continue through the intersection and after ca 1.5 kilometres, you will find the campground and hostel on the right side.
• Hudiksvall Västra (West), E4 Route 66/Shell petrol station. Drive towards downtown (centrum) and continue straight ahead at the first roundabout. At the second roundabout at McDonald’s, take a right. Drive straight ahead, and take a left at the second traffic light, where you will see Hudiksvall’s Church. Drive straight ahead until you come to an intersection where you will see the red fishermen’s boat houses. Here you will hold to the left. Drive over the railroad after ca 100 metres. You will now have the harbour on your right side and continue straight ahead. You will eventually come to an intersection with an OKQ8 petrol station on the right side. Continue through the intersection and after ca 1.5 kilometres, you will find the campground and hostel on the right side.
• Exit Hudiksvall’s flygplats (Airport), E4/ Landsväg 775. Drive towards downtown (centrum) ca 2 kilometres until you come to a roundabout. Take a left towards downtown, and at the second roundabout, you will take a right. Drive straight ahead, and take a left at the second traffic light, where you will see Hudiksvall’s Church. Drive straight ahead until you come to an intersection where you will see the red fishermen’s boat houses. Here you will hold to the left. Drive over the railroad after ca 100 metres. You will now have the harbour on your right side and continue straight ahead. You will eventually come to an intersection with an OKQ8 petrol station on the right side. Continue through the intersection and after ca 1.5 kilometres, you will find the campground and hostel on the right side.
• Hudiksvall Norra (North), Hammering Hotell/Rica Hotels. Drive towards downtown (centrum). After ca 2 kilometres, you will come to an intersection where you can turn off towards the left. You will also see signs which indicate this. Drive straight ahead on this road until you come to an intersection where you will see an OKQ8 petrol station. Take a left at this intersection. After ca 1.5 kilometres, you will find the campground and hostel on the right side.
