Kestikievari Herranniemi, Vuonislahti

• Kestikievari Herranniemi is located at a large lake (Lake Pielinen) in eastern Finland, not far from the Russian border. The nearby village of Vuonislahti lies 80 km (48 miles) north of Joensuu and 28 km (17 miles) south of Lieksa. This is a beautiful area with plenty of, forests and clean air & water - a very healthy and relaxing environment.
• If you are travelling by car follow the signspots to Vuonislahti from the main Joensuu-Lieksa road and watch out for Kestikievari Herranniemi sign when you reach the village.
• If you arrive by air the nearest terminal is Joensuu, with connections by bus to Lieksa, where we can pick you up by an arrangement.
• By train the nearest mainline station is Joensuu, from where the trains to Lieksa stop at Vuonislahti.
