For whom who are looking for a very safe place to stay in downtown Havana, and go by walking to the most interesting places in the City of Havana, then welcome to our house.
Our family house - a property around 200 sq m- is situated on the ground floor of a 1920's building, with it´s original structure, tile floors, sculpted ceilings -5 m height- and an inner courtyard.
We ofer two comfortable wide double en-suite rooms -double bed-, their's modernly equipped shower bathroom with hot and cold water the whole day - prepared to receive people on wheelchair-. The rooms with 110V/200V AC power supply sockets both acclimatized with air conditioner and ceiling fan.
An extra twin bed can be added in the larger room in case of three persons.
The average price of the room is 25.00 CUC per night -may vary according the season-, the same for one or two people. The price is negotiable for staying more than three weeks. Taxes included in price.
