They are not on the same property, but within a few minutes walk from each other. Methven is not a big town, and you can walk to the shops, restuarants, and bars from the lodge. You drive in on the main road and then turn into South Belt street and then the first road to your left, Wayne Place. It is situated between beautiful mountains and green fields. The overall atmosphere is friendly (although we didn't see many people). It is not a busy town with nightlife and lots of bars. It has a country feel to it, so if you want to get away from busy and big cities this is a great place.
