the hotel is one of the cheapest in that areo of zürich. and you get what you pay for. a basic, smallish room with a tiny tv that has only a few channels, a sink for brushing your teeth, washing or drinking water (yes, it's good to drink!) and a table plus a chair and a wardrobe for your stuff. that's it. but you are almost in the center of the old town, the train station is withing walking distance (10-15 minutes) and there is a lot to do and see just outside the door. no wifi in the hotel but there are cafes nearby where you can get free wifi with a drink... if you just need an economic hotel to rest, take a shower and sleep at night - then it's perfect.

Location, location. Friendly, helpful desk. Not slick, a bit funky and dog-eared, but decent, colorful. Very good price for Zurich. Desk staff was very helpful answering questions.
