Riad Taroudant is a magnificent riad comprising 16 Berber-style bedrooms, nestled in the midst of the Derb J’did quarter, under the sun of Taroudant, capital city of the province by the same name, the largest province in Morocco.
Riad Taroudant is above all the result of a meeting between France and Morocco. Though located right next to the Arab and Berber souks, in a traditional and lively neighbourhood, the peace and quiet prevailing between its walls will come as a nice surprise. Nothing but the muezzin’s call to prayer, bird songs and soft music will come to your ears. You will thus be able to enjoy the various relaxation areas on offer, including the swimming pool in the centre of the patio, the terrace with its pergola, deckchairs and Mexican garden, the Turkish bath with its massage room, as well as the three lounges decorated in different authentic Moroccan styles.
Although Riad Taroudant has been deliberately decorated in a plain and simple style, it offers great comfort none the less : traditional finishing touches, such as bejmat and tadelakt, high-quality bedding, reversible air conditioning and a large television screen in the lounge for movie or party nights.
However what will please you the most will be our heartfelt welcome and the constant care that the owners, Sven, Laïla and also the staff will show so as to make you feel comfortable both at the riad and in their company. We will be happy to organise parties for you, according to your wishes.

• Riad Taroudant is located in the town of Taroudant, in the heart of the Souss Valley, in South Morocco, between the Grand Atlas and Anti-Atlas mountain ranges.
• It enjoys a most exclusive location, right in the heart of the Berber town, opening out on the Berber and Arab souks, two steps away from the Assarag square and the Tamelklat square, also known as “the square of the oranges”. The neighborhood, Derb J’did, is lively and traditional. The souks offer all kinds of wonders that you’ll be happy to haggle over while drinking tea with the warm and welcoming shopkeepers.
• How to get there :
• Coming from Marrakech airport : The new highway Marrakech - Agadir opened and Taroudant is now 2h30 driving from Marrakech airport in a perfect safety. The exit "Taroudant" is very clear and is 50km far from the city.
• Coming from Agadir airport : Follow the highway going to Taroudant/Ourzazate. Taroudant is along this highway, at 65 km, i.e 50 mn of driving.
