The b&b “Mura del ‘500” is situated in a Sixties residence close to the historical center of Padua. With its large own garden beside the sixteenth-century city walls, the b&b is sorrounded by trees and green. It offers its warm hospitality in a renewed room with private bathroom, for a single traveller. Recently restored with a particular attention to thermal and acoustic insulation, the room is on the ground floor, its window overlooks the garden. There’s a single bed, a large wardrobe, a table, some shelves and free wi-fi connection. There are a radio, and lot of books and depliants about Padua, its monuments and history, exhibitions and concerts up to date. The entrance is indipendent. The room is wide, but it’s intentionally for only one guest, for her/his best comfort.The bedroom communicates with the bathroom: it’s got a large windows overlooking the garden. Recently rebuilt, it’s got a large shower with non-skid mosaic floor, hairdryer., shower gel and shampoo. Close to the bedroom, there’s a wide living room with two windowed walls overlooking the garden. With its sofa, chaise-longue and home theatre dvd and cd it’s perfect for your relaxation in spring and summer. In the middle of the garden, hidden from sight behind bushes and trees, there’s a high magnolia. There are also a lot of colourful flowers. It’s perfect for relaxing or tanning. It’s possible also park the car, free. The whole house is surrounded by a wide public garden.

Location
• "Mura del '500" is very close to Saint John's gate and the historical center of Padua.
• By train: From the railway station, take bus n. 5 (and get off at “porta San Giovanni”) or n .12 (and get off at “via Cernaia”), ticket fare: 1,30 euros. By car: From the A4 motorway (Venice-Milan) Padova Ovest exit, take the ring road towards Padua exit n.5 (S. Antonio), keeping right to via Sorio and then to via Castelfidardo. After turning right in via Cernaia, at the roundabout in front of a church, take via Cernaia again but in the opposite direction: the b&b is on the right, at n.1bis, just before the roundabout between via Cernaia and via Sorio, in front of a post office; from A13 motorway (Bologna), take the Padova Sud exit, follow the ring road until exit n.5 and so on (see above)
