Holds one of the best festivals each year in the U.K. -- Jersey Live. — AnonymousThis island is very peaceful and an excelent place in the summer especially for the best beaches in the U.K. Jersey does have a up and coming club scene with newly built clubs well known throughout the U.K., good for shopping as it is VAT free. Great for familes -- lots of places to visit and easy to get to anywhere. Very friendly people and very safe. — Dave sept 06Jersey is not part of England, or the UK for that matter but independent and is actually an Island in the British Isles. Fantastic place for families, mature people, food lovers, plenty of cliff walks etc. One thing it doesn't have is really a proper club scene. — pezza
