"Kabelvåg Hostel is a summer hostel based in the local high school. There is a nice view from the hostel towards the centre of town but it is a bit of a hike to get there, especially if you have luggage.
Bearing in mind it is a school, the facilities are not too bad. But even by Norwegian standards it is quite pricey –- especially when they lose your booking and you end up paying a lot more for a single or double room instead of a dorm bed.
