The overall condition of the room is still satisfactory, but the attitude of those in charge and the lousy service provided by them are simply abysmal. Besides, there are always problems with the heater, the washing machine and so on. Apart from that, one is required to wash the dishes after each meal, and this is simply unacceptable.
