"Biarritz is a fabulous place to begin with, and this hostel is an ideal spot to start from. It's not right in the city center, but it's in a lovely green area by the lake and woodland, within walking distance of the station, and a 15-minute bus ride from town and the beaches. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they were English-speaking on this occasion.
