"Well ... so so ... - First of all we couldn't find the place since it is called "Silver Birch" in the guide book, also with a different address. But at last we got there and took a double for ¥ 120. Plumbing is not the best here, so we were confronted with the leftovers of our predecessor. But the rest was ok clean.
