"Small but well-outfitted, this cute hostel is in a great location if you're interested in checking out the Grampians range in western Victoria. It's directly across the road from the National Park Visitor Centre and the Cultural Centre, and just up the road from the starting off points for lots of hikes.
The common area is cozy and has a big TV and a roaring log fire (it can get cold up here!) and the dining room is homey, too. The kitchen isn't huge but it does the job. The dorms are... "This place is so friendly! And it's extremely lax. Tim arranged a last-minute barbecue involving everyone in the hostel. The surroundings are beautiful, too. It's a great place to "get away from it all."" … "We arrived there without a booking during the Easter break but Tim managed to find a vacancy for three of us! He is a very friendly and helpful host. Betty was also a great host as well. The hostel was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and we met fantastic travelers there....
