On The Wallaby

Only one hour from Cairns in Yungaburra, On The Wallaby is a quaint, cozy lodge nestled in the rainforest of the Atherton Tablelands. Clean, comfy and relaxed with a nightly BBQ, self catering kitchen, table tennis, pool table, indoor and outdoor lounge areas, pot belly fireplace, games, puzzles, guitar and didgeridoos. The hostel is centrally located in the lush rainforest of Tropical North Queensland close to the Crater Lakes and many beautiful waterfalls and other attactions. Fully guided canoe trips, mountain biking tours, free platypus viewing, night canoeing, wildlife spotting at the curtain fig tree are available for all ages. Country Markets on the 4th Saturday of each month.
