The house is big, nice and located in a gated subdivision with 24-hour security. The subdivision is quiet, with jogging path, basketball court, tennis court. Very accessible to tricycle terminal, jeepney and v-hire routes, foodshops, hospitals, police station, Airport (NAIA) and lots of establishments. The has has 2 kitchens that boarders are allowed to do cooking. It has veranda, back and front garden, both area has outdoor sofa set for morning or afternoon rest. Boarders are treated like member of the family, landlord/landlady/kids are very friendly and accommodating. It has 2 living and dining areas, one is for the main house and the basement living and dining area is for the boarders, with cable tv provision. Perfect on your Manila Adventure, Vacation in Bed and Breakfast Service.
