Yemanja, Isla Colón

• getting here by bus/car.
• All roads stop at Almirante, which is where the ferry boats leave for Bocas del Toro ($4). Once you arrive in Bocas Town, take a water taxi to our island, Bastimentos ($3). The boat will drop you off at the park, and from there you will a see a bright, turquoise sign for Yemanja pointing you left down the path. Keep following the signs for five minutes and you'll arrive at our beautiful, big oceanfront house.
• bus from San Jose, Costa Rica.
• leaves at 9 a.m daily outside of the Hotel Cocori, by the Coca Cola bus terminal. The bus company is called Transportes Bocatoreños, and costs around $11 plus a $3 entry fee at the border.
• bus from Panama City.
• leaves at 8pm from the Albrook bus terminal. You can buy your ticket from $27.80 from the Bocas del Toro ticket counter.
• getting here by airplane.
• Planes fly in from Costa Rica on natureair (Mon, Wed, Fri) and Panama City on airpanama (daily) to Bocas del Toro. The airport is a two minute taxi ride ($1) or you can walk to the water taxis.
