The beautiful Beit al-Sham guesthouse is only a 5 minute walk away from the historic old city of Nablus and provides ideal accommodation for tourists travelling alone or in small groups, or for international delegations and volunteers who are looking for affordable and relaxed accommodation. The guesthouse is surrounded by private courtyard-style gardens rich with lemon trees and fountains. The entire setting overlooks the rolling Nablusi hills. Our gardens and courtyard are the perfect place to enjoy an Arabic coffee, a Palestinian dinner, or a soothing nargilla.
General Information
The guesthouse was constructed in the mid-20th century as a private home for a prominent Christian family in the historically Christian section of the city. The home was designed in the traditional Syrian style with many windows, balconies, terraces, courtyards, pools and fountains. The guesthouse was beautifully renovated in 2012 and has 10 guest rooms each with en-suite bath or shower. The guesthouse is ideal for the individual traveler and for small groups up to 30 persons. All rooms have access to a shared kitchen and free wireless internet.

• FROM THE ROAD UNDER THE GUESTHOUSE
• Service taxi (2.5nis) from city center to Mr. Baker (route to Accademiya) on Main Raffidiya Street.
• Between Chicken Hut restaurant and a shop with ladies accessories is a gate, enter through, take the stairs (3minutes up) and you arrive to the guesthouse.
• FROM THE ROAD ABOVE THE GUESTHOUSE
• Take private taxi (in Arabic: Talab, 10nis or15nis) from city center to 15th street in Raffidiya.
