• *From JR Otaru station.
• (You can ask for directions to the hostel at the Tourist Information Center in Otaru Station.)
• Walk out of the station and turn right (towards Sapporo.)
• Please turn left at the 'Hanazono-Jujigai (Hanazono crossing). There is 'AU shop' on the corner.
• Walk approx 300 meters and there will be a Torii (entrance to a Shinto Shrine) at the bottom of a hill. Just before the Torii there will be a road to your right with a stone wall. Turn here.
• Walk along the wall and Morinoki hostel will be on the left hand side.
• It takes about 20 minutes on foot from JR Otaru station.
• *From JR Minami-Otaru station.
• [This Direction has many ups and downs. I do not recommend it particularly in winter.]
• Please go down the left slope of the exit. （You can see JOMO G.S. when you go straight.）
• Please go straight on the traffic light.（You can see a dentistry when you go straight.）
• Please turn right at this crossing.
• Please turn left at the next.
• It is a rapid slope.
• You can see big stone wall when you go straight.
• This is morinoki.
• It takes about 10 minutes on foot from JR Minami-Otaru station.
