"My friend Nikki and I were travelling the world and stopped off at Kandy for a few days after being to Hikaduwa. The Majestic guesthouse was recommended to us by a travel agent in Colombo. We found the owner Dhammike and his staff very friendly and accommodating. The guesthouse tuk tuk (an auto rickshaw) collected us from the train station, which was great for us with our heavy rucksacks (mainly toiletries may I add). Anything we wanted they obliged.
