Stella Polaris offers all the facilities and services to make excellent holidays in the Costa del Sol. Stella Polaris Hotel provides 24 hours front desk, parking (fee required),... "This hotel looks nice, and the rooms are comfortable, but it is situated in a rough area of the town (where there are prostitutes and drunks hassling you about drugs at night). The reception staff were not helpful, and we were not able to get another other staff member to help us with our problems. They would not even give us a complaint book to log our problem, even though a sign on the wall...
