"A great lodge in a small Andean village - I took a bus to the lodge from Huaraz. It was a great trip, passing near Mt. Huascaran (the highest in Peru) and Lake Llanganuco. How good feeling to get into the nature breathing the clear and cool air! There were no taxis there. People were looking at me curiously as I went through the village to the lodge.
