"Feel not happy - honestly i see your hotel business can go far. don't because small problems make your hotel customer feel that their stay for 1st and the last time stay. especially your hotel no customer services at all!!!! no experience at all. make sure your front office staff behave themself. front office counter worst!!!!! sorry for say that. this is real thing. if your front office counter still like this, i think people also fed up, want to go and stay your hotel. please improved it. i heard a lot of people more prefer the last time... more »
