In various cities we lived in casas particulares, but Casa Mayor in Cienfuegos was the best accomodation we have found during the hole journey. Nice rooms, very clean lavatories, and first of all a hospitality of the host-family -- you can't find better in any hotel...The house was built by the mayor as a wedding gift to his niece in the 50s. We rented two large rooms each with bathroom, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, fan, windows, closet.
It is possible to put more single beds for children and a cot. One room has a separate exit through the garage.
The same is available to guests. As you can see from the photos we have a terrace with a beautiful...
