(Cahuita is actually a nice place). Contrary to some "reviews" the only food now served at the Jaguar is a very mediocre breakfast. The staff is overworked and somewhat on the surly side. The rooms are big, but depressingly sparse and not all that clean, and I'm not sure what "generous wooden trim" is meant to evoke. I would not recommend this place to a friend, and the claim of a...Certified Carbon Offsetting.
