An excellent place to stay!
I would gladly go back to Sabah Pansiyon and stay there again. I have been doing so every winter for the past eleven years. It is the finest, friendliest place to stay in Antalya for its price. Most important is the ambiance. Three brothers and their mother own and operate the pansiyon and they all do their best to make you feel that it is your second home. In addition, the layout of the restaurant and garden encourage chatting, and you find yourself making friends with some very interesting people. Breakfast is free and the buffet spread is one of the most elaborate I have seen. Other meals are cooked by Mrs. Sabah, who provides delicious traditional Turkish cooking, learned from her mother. The rooms are clean and bright, and they offer good value for money. The three brothers speak English and will do anything they can to help you. The place is located in the Old City, so it is picturesque and quiet, near to a beautiful park and the sea coast, but still close to downtown and many major sights. I can hardly wait to get back.

A real find!
We just arrived back to the United States and we wanted everyone to know what a wonderful time we had at the Sabah Pansyion. The courtyard setting was perfect for making friends and we never felt we wanted to rush out in the morning to sightsee. It was so pleasant to just sit over a cup of tea (while eating the wonderful breakfast with the best tomatoes we have ever tasted) and talk to the interesting people who stay at this place. The room was perfect and beautifully air conditioned. The Sabah mom is an excellent cook and all the food was prepared perfectly. Also, when I needed a safety pin, she was right there coming to my rescue. The advice given to us by Sadat about the restaurant "7 Mehmet" was "right on." We ate there on his recommendation and we were not disappointed. The pension can also recommend several tours. We took the yacht cruise and it was great! We will recommend Sabah Pansyion to all our friends in the U.S.

We book with Sabah Pension for three nights, but, after being there for three days, we weren't ready to leave. and so, my husband and I have just completed a twelve-night stay there. The weather was amazing and the city is incredible, there are ruins all around, right by Sabah Pension, not to mention the beautiful park and sea that are just withing walking distance. Mrs. Sabah would, on a daily basis, bring tea and some Turkish pastry or cake at no cost to the customer. The staff are wonderful. they speak English very well, they helped us book tours and we did not feel they were overcharging us in comparison to other prices around town that we had gotten. The staff also seemed very well informed about transportation and they were doing the best they could to make their customers satisfied and happy during their vacations. The rooms were simple yet clean with an abundance of hot water and, the best part for us, we could connect to the internet from our room with our laptop since the pension has wireless internet services. We were picked up from the airport on time, our room was ready upon arrival and we had no difficulty in that area at all. The breakfasts were great and fresh, the dinners or lunches were amazing, Mrs. Sabah makes everything from scratch and it was the best traditional Turkish food we had tasted. We will be back soon. We highly recommend Sabah Pension to everybody.

We have been staying at the Sabah for at least seven years. The staff are the most friendly people we have never met.

This place is a nice place to stay. Picturesque, in the old quarter, and steps away from magnificent sea views and eating establishments. However, I found the staff ruder than necessary and after five years backpacking, such a comment doesn't come lightly.

This place is very friendly. I got to meet loads of people, and had a great time. Security was very good, and the staff were great - very helpful. All in all, I had a great time.
