Cancellation policy out of Exhibitions is 24 hours before the arrival day.
In the period of Exhibitions a fee is calculated with 30 days and shorter before the journey day with 100 % of the agreed whole reservation amount of the aloof rooms.
With non-journey without previous cancellation with 100 % of the agreed whole reservation amount of the aloof rooms.
Changes (untimely departure, late journey etc.) can find during the fair times in the whole price no consideration!!!

The room was really nice! A large spacious room, and bathroom, availability of internet and free breakfast (although didn't try as had to check out early in the morning).The location is great, literally 7-10mins walk from the main train station. Very convenient!

Rooms were clean, breakfast was very good, staff was helpful. Some rooms were in another building, but all ere clean. Rooms we were in had air conditioning, an unexpected bonus. Hotel was close to the main train station in Frankfurt. One small caution -- if comg from the station follow the hotel's directions on how to get there as they avoid the main streets, which are a bit "seedy". Side streets were OK.
