Bath room is not suitable Room rent is not reasonable, it maybe below100RM standard. — Anonymous Md.Hedayetul Islam , Bangladesh (2011-07-01) Worst ever most shocking reality of my life experience stay in this hotel. reception staff were rude and arrogant. rate is expensive is equivalent to four-4star hotel with a ridiculous reason im not local Malaysian. Bed is horrible base support with bricks, bed sheet very very unhygienic -- many hair particles found on it, torn and holes here and there. many unpleasant stains were found on the bedsheet. side tables very very dusty, room service taking their sweet time to delivery their service almost bout thirty minutes and i had to go down to lobby and meet the reception personally to get my new bedsheet. Toilets surface corner full of algae. Breakfast moment was so atrocious i simply can say very unhygienic and disgusting the so called chief tossing fried eggs using their bare hands on our plate. to witness all the horrible event i do capture the ugly and hideous above mention in my camera as a memory of staying in this hotel despite of the convenience staying there to shop. Such a traumatic experience even in my own country im proud to say our budget hotel is much much more high standard than this hotel. — Choco , Singapore (2009-08-03) I had 2-3 times stayed at this hotel, it was good and but not until days ago. I couldnt sleep at all because my body itchy that cause severe bump. When i returned home, i ask my mom about it, so my mom said maybe u got that from the bed u slept at hotel. We took two double rooms. The rooms were ok except that at one room the flush was not working and the other one there was some kind of noise throughout the night, we couldn't sleep peacefully. we did a complaint and the next day it was much better. This is not a pleasant hotel. The rooms were dingy with holes in the walls. The bedding and towels were not clean. I was charged around US $50 per night, more than a reputable four-star hotel. No milk was served at breakfast. The staff were not friendly.
