Tamara Guesthouse

I was very disapointed with this guesthouse. This situation is not that good, and for two women it was really dangerous. I was too very surprised that they very encouraged us to give somme fees to all the staff! I didn't feel safe at all in this hostel and I don't think that it corresponds to its description on this internet site. Finally, I wonder if Priscilla and her staff are not drug-addict? I don't recommanded it.

I must say that my stay at the Tamara in March 2005 was excellent. Miss Priscilla and her staff were very attentive, and so very helpful. The Tamara driver even had to race to the airport, late at night, so as to get me on my plane.... ha ha ha. It was well worth the 28-hour trip from the UK. The room I occupied with my friend Kim was very well appointed, with very welcome air conditioning, and was both clean and tidy at all times. I will never forget the way in which we were made to feel like part of the Tamara "family." When I return to Jakarta I'm sure I will stay there again. Thanks to you all for making my stay so memorable.
