Nice, clean, confortable, but expect to pay around $90 to get more than a very thiny room with a view on the backyard. Not busy at all (august) so no people to meet. And it is very far from city center. If you're looking for tranquility and quiet neiborhood, then it is a good place. If you want to have some kind of night life, better look something much closer to the city.
