Clean but dingy Pillows felt like they were stuffed with bags of flour, very hard and lumpy. The room we were given had one window that looked onto a tiny enclosed space five stories high. As we were only on the second floor there was practically no natural light in the room during the day. The hotel did change us to a different room the next day on the fifth floor which was better. Very close to Brussel Zuid Station and the centre but if going again would probably pay a little more to stay somewhere nicer. Also there were very noisy guests staying next to our room, it took reception a long time to come and deal with them. — bluesky (2007-09-12)
