5 Excellent value
My fiancee and I stayed here in July 2007, and we have nothing but good things to say about this place. Andriani was nice enough to come and pick us up from the port, which was a massive relief given how busy it is when the ferries come in, and how maze-like Mykonos town is. The guest house is really pretty and the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. We had a great view from our window and the guest house is just a short walk from Mykonos town. Andriani's wife's uncle (I think I got that right) looks after the apartments, and he is a lovely gentleman who gave us a map, and was very helpful with advice on where to go and things to do. Lastly, this place was very reasonably priced. Two big thumbs up.

5 Wonderful
My friend and I started off our month long trek around Europe on the island of Mykonos at Andriani's and it was by far the best place we stayed the whole trip. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, they encourage you to ask questions and give you tips about where to eat, how to travel around the island. We paid a little extra for a room with a view, which was stunning, and it was still a reasonable cost. There is a lovely courtyard which overlooks the sea and is filled with lush flowers the owners were always tending to and you are likely to see a few friendly cats hanging around too. Also, it's possible to meet people in other rooms by hanging out in the courtyard, since all the rooms are separate. The hostel is very close to the downtown, it is about a five- to seven-minute walk (or a twenty-minute walk if you're a confused tourist), it is up on a hill, so there is a little bit of a hike, but it's worth it for the spectacular view -- every time you go up or down the hilly street you can't help but pause to take in the port and town all lit up and the incredibly blue ocean and other islands beyond. Our room was cleaned every day, they had a safe to store valuables, the rooms are very spacious (we had a private two-person room) and we just really couldn't have been happier with our stay here. Highly, highly recommended.

5 A great place! The owner was wonderful! Emailed a hello before we arrived and offered to pick us up at the harbor, which he did, and sent us an email of thanks after we left. The place was comfortable, hidden from the bussel of the busy town but close enough to walk around so you didn't miss anything. Yes, there was a little hike uphill to the hostel but, it was well worth it! Our room had a wonderful view and felt so romantic (even though I was with my best girlfriends)! And the greatest thing also, it was cheap! I recommend this place to anyone - stay here!
