We were bumped here for a night from another hotel, apparently run by the same owners. The room was a bit old and the furniture visibly worn, which wasn't great but didn't interfere with our stay. What did was that the window was jammed and couldn't be opened and the shower drain was so clogged that the entire bathroom and part of the bedroom was flooded when we tried to shower. The man at the reception simply offered to build us a "dam" of towels and to mop up when we were done, which was nice on his part, but didn't really make for a restful stay. Proximity to the Hauptbahnhof earns it some points, but the place wasn't really worth the €79/night they charged.

Considering its location right in the city center next to the railway station, it was well worth the money. Everything was clean (or at least until we got there ;) except the furniture was somewhat worn. We noticed no extra noise or disturbance during our stay there.

Good value for money as it was very near the train station and you get a tv and a bathroom. It was however extremely noisy with lots of schoolkids staying there, spitting out the windows and running around until all hours. It was very annoying.
