The staff are so friendly and the rooms are spotless. There is a tram station right outside the front door. Highly recommended!

The staff here are unbelievably friendly and helpful! When I arrived they sat me down, made me coffee and spent 15 minutes going over a map of the city, highlighting the sights and how to get to them!

This is an excellent hotel! The room is spotlessly clean, there are enough baths, and the hotel staff are the most gracious people I've ever met. The hotel is some distance from the City Centre but not hard to reach, as the tram station is right in front. It's no wonder people want to come back (I overheard a guest saying she's been there 3 times). Highly recommended!

********** Ten-star hotel!! The girl at reception is so nice and helpful! They have a very full breakfast! The location is great, too! It's just two METERS from the tram station! I wish I could have a chance to stay here again! Highly recommended!
