It was awful. We stayed for four days and they never cleaned the room. When we checked out they tried to charge us 15 Euros/night more than they quoted us before we arrived - this was 10 Euros more than the price listed on the door. The man was extremely difficult when we confronted him with this. I would definitely never stay there again, nor would I recommend it to anyone one else. There are cheaper places in Juan les Pins that are cleaner and just as well situated.
