The dorm cabin is large and bright with four windows that can open, though this is not recommended as there are quite a few insects in the area. There are three beds that go vertically up the wall making for the possibility of spending the night with eleven other people (there are no separate-sex dorms). The great thing about the beds is they are quite comfortable and sturdy, as well as there are curtains that divide the room up so it seems like there are only three of you in a room.
There is a great porch outside of the cabin that you can relax on as well as a great common area with TV and couches. The kitchen area is huge and well lit. Be careful when you head to the showers as you have to pay a small fee to use them. The great thing about the showers is that there is a lot of space to change and put your things. The bathroom has great aesthetics and has a clean sink area, but the shower area can get a little grungy.
The park provides a great getaway from the world -- there is no internet available on-site and "town" is a good 10 min walk from the park (there is a small convenience store down the road from the park that sells a few things you can cook up and there is also a cafe and pizzeria along the coast). The area that the park is located in is beautiful -- the fog rolls in at night and rolls back out in the morning, making for great picture opportunities. There are tons of walking trails around the park that feature great vegetation. The owners are great and offer a great welcome and a lot of great advice on things to do in the area.
