Excellent, safe place to stay, charming hosts, great breakfasts. We found this place a great, safe way to start our holiday in South America. It is out in the suburbs, but we had fun and met great people when we were going in and out of town, on local transport, which is also very good. It was a relaxing, safe environment to go back to each night .The hosts were charming, and could not have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend to others, and would definitely stay there again. Loved Guayaquil.
