5 Amazingly Awesome
Even before we checked in, the hospitality of the hostel staff was superb. We were not able to get a taxi that could accommodate our luggage, and the person working in the hostel, Adam, very graciously offered to drive us to the hostel, letting us pay less than what we would pay for an actual taxi. The hostel is absolutely amazing. The entry area is very well furnished, and professional. Our party of three stayed in room twenty-one in the first floor, which had high ceilings, two very large windows, nightstands, a bureau with a working television, a desk and a chair, along with two full sized beds, two pullouts, and an armchair. The hostel was clean and very well kept, including their numerous bathrooms. The hostel is in very close walking distance to the subway station Sherbourne, and in fairly close to downtown. Overall, I was delightfully surprised and very content with this hostel, and strongly recommend it if you would like an inexpensive stay in Toronto.

5 Incredible!
I walked in and almost cried tears of joy. Compared to the other hostel we were staying at, this is a palace. Our room has crown molding, carpeted floor, French doors, clean bedding and drapes, and air conditioning. I don't even think that this should be considered a hostel -- it's nicer than some of the hotels I've stayed at in the U.S. Adam, the man who works here, was even nice enough to go and personally pick us up from the bus terminal when the taxi drivers refused (we had a lot of luggage). There are no words to properly express my happiness.
