Best welcome after a 25 hour flight I was soaked by the pouring rain and extremely exhausted when I stumbled into the Tulip Guesthouse. I couldn't have asked for a better welcome. The front desk person immediately opened my room and took my super heavy backpack and set it in there. He provided me with a city map and wrote all over it summarizing the places of special interest. He then took me upstairs and made me a cup of tea in kitchen with an amazing view of the river. In the morning the breakfast was superb and filling. Including some great fresh cheeses and meats. The room was comfortable and had wireless internet access. I couldn't have asked for a better start to my very memorable journey into Turkey. — Stacy, USA (2012-05-08)
