This was one of the most welcoming B&Bs I've ever stayed at, and completely changed my opinion of this type of accommodation. It is small and quaint, yet very welcoming, and is always very clean. The three bathrooms are large and well kept, and serve the needs of the six guest rooms well. It is nicely situated a few minutes' walk away from Ushuaia's main area, across the street from a locutorio, and a few blocks from a large local grocery. The owner, a physicist at a local university, was wonderfully friendly, accommodating, worldly, and spoke excellent English. He also provided a nice breakfast of croissants, breads, jams, butter, tea, and coffee every morning. Everyone that I (from the U.S.A.) spoke with during my week's stay -- travelers from the Northern Europe (the U.K., Belgium, Switzerland, Germany), Australia, and South America -- were glad to have stayed here. — Eric (2007-03-24)
