Friendly, central, and great value
Four of us stayed at this guest house for six nights in august and were overwhelmed by the hospitality of Frank (the owner), who made us feel like one of the family upon arrival. He oriented us with the town, places to see, and joined us for a drink, not something you get at major hostels and hotels thats for sure! You couldn't ask for a more central and picturesque location in the middle of the old town, only meters away from the best restaurants, cocktails bars, bus terminal, ferry port to Venice, and only a few minutes walk to the beach and sunbathing platforms! The rooms are cosy with a small staircase and have good hot showers. We had such a wonderful holiday in such a quaint (non-english tourist) town by the amazing adriatic sea, and it was made special by Frank and our home-away-from-home. We highly recommend Rovinj and Montalbano for a memorable and affordable holiday in Croatia.
