Not well located, poor service

This hotel is too far from the city centre. I walked more than twenty minutes to the metro station! Even at 9 p.m. the way to the hotel was empty. Not very safe for a woman walking alone. Missed a nice dinner in Trastevere! There are more hotels in the city centre that offer nicer hospitality (had an argument with the receptionist due to a cancellation -- check your booking and the hotel info) and you don't need to take public transport, miss a dinner, feel unsafe at 9 p.m. I would never stay again here.
