The property advertises itself as budget and in a great location, and it was exactly that. Just off 5th avenue, a few blocks from the Empire State Building the Latham was very centrally located. The room was perfectly adequate - don't get me wrong it was far from great, but given what we paid we weren't accepting anything wonderful. The room can best be described as basic but functional, although the air conditioning unit was too loud to have running whilst we were in the room.

Room was exactly as described - not much but wasnt planning on spending time in room. Very clean - housekeeping came daily & bathroom was very clean & much better than expected. Staff downstairs were very helpful. Great having bathroom in room.
