5 Make you feel at home and plenty to do when you are bored
We are currently in our third month of a seven-month trip round the world and found this place to be really accommodating and clean for a cheap price too. There's lots to do when you are bored and you don't have to go out of the guesthouse if you don't want to, as it is like a little home from home. Free internet. Free cups of tea and toast whenever you like. Great range of DVDs to choose from in the lovely chillout room. Highly recommended.

5 Just return from a three-day/three-night trip from KL, and we couldn't have asked for more from The Haven. Though being a fairly new establishment, what it lacks in history, has been made up by its extremely friendly and helpful staff (Evan and Eugene) who are always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay there comfortable. Behind its unique 'set-backed' facade are simple yet tastefully designed rooms. Mono-coloured walls of red, yellow, and green are contrasted with partition walls clad with copper brown wooden planks. A very rustic and warmth feeling making the place extremely cozy and perfect for resting after a tiring day roaming the buzzing streets and shopping complexes in the neighbourhood. Beds and sheets are always clean (room services 10 a.m. everyday); toilets are always spotless with towels provided; coffee, tea, and wireless internet connection twenty-four/seven; and there's always tons of DVDs, books and board games available in the lounge for all visitors. All in all, a fantastic place which i won't hesitate in recommending and will most certainly visit again.
